3) Real Estate Licensing & Referrals
Real estate services (if offered) are provided only where we are legally permitted and properly licensed.

If you purchase a membership or subscription, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.
Renewals: Your subscription renews automatically at the rate disclosed at checkout.

Downloading or saving files in a timely manner if access is time-limited
Access Duration: We may specify access duration on the sales page. If not specified, we may modify access methods over time (e.g., moving platforms), while making reasonable efforts to preserve access.
9) Coaching, Consulting, and Appointment-Based Services
Coaching/consultations are educational and informational and do not guarantee outcomes.
Scheduling: Appointments are booked through third-party scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Acuity, etc.). You agree to their terms as well.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:
You may reschedule up to [24/48] hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within [24/48] hours or no-shows may be forfeited and non-refundable.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no refund.

10) Refund Policy (Template – Customize This)
Because we sell digital products and provide services where time is reserved, refunds are handled as follows:
Digital Products/Downloads: All sales are final once delivered, unless required by law or unless we explicitly state a refund/guarantee on the sales page.
Courses: Refunds, if offered, are governed by the specific terms shown at checkout/sales page.
Memberships: You may cancel anytime to stop future billing. Past charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Coaching/Consulting: Payments are non-refundable once the service is delivered. Missed appointments may be forfeited under the rescheduling/cancellation policy above.
If you offer any “X-day guarantee,” tell me the exact rule and I’ll write it cleanly.
11) Affiliate Links & Sponsored Content
We may share affiliate links, referral links, or sponsored recommendations. If you click and purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you (or as disclosed). We recommend tools we believe provide value, but you are responsible for confirming suitability and reading the third party’s terms.
12) Community Rules (Skool/Facebook/Etc.)
If you join our Community, you agree to follow these rules:
Be respectful. No harassment, hate, bullying, or threats.
No spam, unsolicited pitching, or “DM blasting.”
No sharing private member information.
No illegal content or guidance.
No impersonation or misrepresentation.
We may remove content or members at our discretion to protect the community.
Termination: We may suspend or remove your Community access for violations. If removed for cause, fees are non-refundable.
13) Intellectual Property & License
All Content, Products, Services, and materials are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
License to You: When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it for your own use only.
You may not:
Share logins
Resell or redistribute materials
Copy, reproduce, or publish content (including templates) without permission
Record or redistribute coaching calls or community content without written consent
14) User Content & Permissions
If you submit comments, testimonials, posts, photos, videos, or other content, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes (marketing, testimonials, training), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
You confirm you have the rights to anything you submit.
15) Privacy
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy (posted separately). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms control for contract issues, and the Privacy Policy controls for data handling.
16) Disclaimers
