Best Neighborhoods in Clermont Fl?

Let’s tour the best neighborhoods in Clermont Fl. I get many questions on neighborhoods and so I’ve made five neighborhood tours so far this year that are mentioned below so if you are thinking on moving to Clermont and want to know how its like living here the best way to start is touring the neighborhoods. Living Here

If I had to sum up living here it would mean there is just so much to do, its the best of everything. You’ve got that connection with nature, the trails, biking trails, boating on the endless amount of lakes, you can boat on public boat ramps if your not in a community with a boat ramp, the list goes on and on. Fishing, hiking, a lot of outdoorsy things to do as well as just 30-45 mins away from Disney theme parks, Legoland is one and half hours away. Go golfing or go carts in Orlando.

Checkout the variety of local restaurants and just so much to do locally and near to Orlando. The only way to truly experience it is to have lived here for over 3-4 years and that’s how you will start to see the full extent of what Clermont has to offer.

Hunters Run

Just a short ride to the center of downtown Clermont with access to local shopping, dining and entertainment. The community is nestled between two major highways of highway 50 and highway 27 which allows for plenty of Clermont Fl shopping and restaurants. The amenities include a large community pool and cabana, kids playground, and gated entry into the community.

One of the best things about Hunter’s Run are the oversized wide home sites compared to the newer communities. Also, the community has natural gas for cooking and water heater options. Most homes are electric in Florida but you find a community or two with natural gas and Hunters Run is one of them.

Ardmore Reserve

Just a short ride to the center of downtown Clermont with access to local shopping, dining and entertainment. Being a short 5-minute drive to the Minneola turnpike entrance, you get a fast commute time of 30-40 minutes to Downtown Orlando. The amenities include a large swimming pool area, an outdoor pavilion with plenty of seating under a large covered patio. The swimming pool area has plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida Sun. Additional amenities include a kiddie splash pad inside the pool, a kids’ playground with an area for swings. The amenities are overlooking a stunning view of the neighborhood being that its at the top of the hill.

One of the best things about Ardmore Reserve is having a little bit of everything from the amenities to closeness to the turnpike to being surrounded by two major schools and tons of athletic fields.

The Canyons at Highland Ranch

Just a short ride to the center of downtown Clermont with access to local shopping, dining and entertainment. One of the best things about The Canyons at Highland Ranch is the variety of amenities that there is and not to mention the hilltop views are unlike any other topography in Florida. The walking/biking trails with lush greenery will satisfy anyone’s need for adventure, fitness, and nature.

Legends

So you’re searching for the best neighborhoods in Clermont fl right? well we’ve got you covered with this one! Legends is conveniently located for an easy commute to Disney Parks with a 30-45 minute commute time. Located within a 45 minute drive to Downtown Orlando, you will enjoy all the amenities this community has to offer. There is a large pool with plenty of seating for relaxation. A cabana area for the perfect picnic setting under the shade, a large fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball courts.

One of the best things about the Legends Neighborhood are the views. Many homes overlook green areas that were previously dedicated for a golf course. You will love living in Legends!

Waterbrooke

Centered in the middle of everything you have access to all areas of Clermont with a fast commute time of 20-30 minutes to Downtown Orlando compared to other communities in the South or South West Clermont Areas. The amenities are vast which include an Olympic size swimming pool, a clubhouse with a fitness center, gazebo with outdoor kitchen and cabinetry with plenty of seating under a covered patio. The swimming pool area has plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida Sun. Additional amenities include a yoga and stretch area, kiddie splash pad, kids’ playground, walking trails, and a dog park area. All these amenities are overlooking one of the two pristine lakes located in the community.

One of the best things about Waterbrooke are the views. The pool and clubhouse overlooking the sparkling water, the walking the trails along the lake side. Upon entering the community, you are stunned by the breathtaking views, lush greenery and the tranquility living here brings. The Reserve at Minneola

Its so easy to love this community because; it has amenities for everyone, commute time to work, proximity to shopping and restaurants and not to mention the views with the hills are pristine! It is close to local shopping, dining and entertainment. The community is right off of North Hancock Rd and ½ mile drive to the Minneola turnpike Exit. The amenities include two large community pool and cabana areas that are separate from each other.

One of the best things about the Reserve at Minneola neighborhood is the easy access to the turnpike entrance and minutes to Clermont shopping and restaurants.

Johns Lake Landing

A beautiful community conveniently located blocks away from Highway 50 off of Hartle Road. It comprises of single-family units. It first started in December of 2014 when the first home sold. Since 2019 prices have been on the rise in this very desirable location. Prices start at $2509,685 and may go as high as $870,000. You can choose from 1633 square feet of heated living space up to 3805 square feet of heated living space.

Conveniently located for an easy ride to Disney Parks with a 30 minute drive time. Located within a 20 minute drive to Downtown Orlando, you will enjoy the gorgeous views this community has to offer. There is a large pool with a covered area with seating and relaxation.

One of the best things about the Johns Lake Landing Neighborhood are the views. This community boasts lakefront homes with some homes overlooking the pristine and sparkling Johns Lake with private boat docks.
