Let’s tour the best neighborhoods in Clermont Fl. If I had to sum up living here it would mean there is just so much to do, its the best of everything. You’ve got that connection with nature, the trails, biking trails, boating on the endless amount of lakes, you can boat on public boat ramps if your not in a community with a boat ramp, the list goes on and on. Fishing, hiking, a lot of outdoorsy things to do as well as just 30-45 mins away from Disney theme parks, Legoland is one and half hours away. Go golfing or go carts in Orlando.
Checkout the variety of local restaurants and just so much to do locally and near to Orlando. The only way to truly experience it is to have lived here for over 3-4 years and that’s how you will start to see the full extent of what Clermont has to offer.
Just a short ride to the center of downtown Clermont with access to local shopping, dining and entertainment. The community is nestled between two major highways of highway 50 and highway 27 which allows for plenty of Clermont Fl shopping and restaurants. The amenities include a large community pool and cabana, kids playground, and gated entry into the community.
One of the best things about Hunter’s Run are the oversized wide home sites compared to the newer communities. Also, the community has natural gas for cooking and water heater options. Most homes are electric in Florida but you find a community or two with natural gas and Hunters Run is one of them.

Its so easy to love this community because; it has amenities for everyone, commute time to work, proximity to shopping and restaurants and not to mention the views with the hills are pristine! It is close to local shopping, dining and entertainment. The community is right off of North Hancock Rd and ½ mile drive to the Minneola turnpike Exit. The amenities include two large community pool and cabana areas that are separate from each other.
One of the best things about the Reserve at Minneola neighborhood is the easy access to the turnpike entrance and minutes to Clermont shopping and restaurants.
A beautiful community conveniently located blocks away from Highway 50 off of Hartle Road. It comprises of single-family units. It first started in December of 2014 when the first home sold. Since 2019 prices have been on the rise in this very desirable location. Prices start at $2509,685 and may go as high as $870,000. You can choose from 1633 square feet of heated living space up to 3805 square feet of heated living space.
Conveniently located for an easy ride to Disney Parks with a 30 minute drive time. Located within a 20 minute drive to Downtown Orlando, you will enjoy the gorgeous views this community has to offer. There is a large pool with a covered area with seating and relaxation.
One of the best things about the Johns Lake Landing Neighborhood are the views. This community boasts lakefront homes with some homes overlooking the pristine and sparkling Johns Lake with private boat docks.
