Are you thinking about living in the The Legends neighborhood? Let’s tour the neighborhood and see all the wonderful amenities! Legends is located in Clermont Fl which is about 30-45 minutes to downtown Orlando. It’s a great location if you work at Disney parks with the neighborhood being right off of Route 27, which makes for a 30-minute commute to Disney and theme parks close by.

What is to love about this neighborhood?
The amenities are amazing with a clubhouse that hosts a fitness center, an outdoor cabana area with tons of seating overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy sunbathing and lounging by the pool, relaxation is not an issue here! There are tennis courts, basketball courts, tons of trails, and a kid’s playground with picnic tables. Legends Clermont has gate access with a 24-hour security guard at the front. There is a Publix supermarket 1 mile away. BJs, Lowes, super Walmart, all kinds of shopping within a couple miles drive of the neighborhood.

Of the homes that are being resold are in between $250,000 and $492,000. The most expensive home that sold recently was $492,000. So many amazing amenities, commute time to work, proximity to shopping and restaurants. Legends is a great neighborhood if you work don’t want to spend a ton of time leaving the development for relaxation. They even have their own legends newsletter!
Why is It Unique?
What makes Legends Neighborhood so unique is that there are six different phases within the community. Each phase has a different name and the styles of the home are all so unique, you won’t find so many different styles and varieties of floor plans like in legends neighborhood. There is Bridgestone, Carrington, Sherbrook, Dearcroft, Beacon Ridge, Nottingham.
So, if you like the idea of hoping on your golf cart and riding over to take a dip in the community pool or having a small picnic in the large outdoor seating area, then Legends Neighborhood is for you!
