Whats to love about the Waterbrooke Subdivision? It’s Centered in the middle of everything. It’s located right off of route 50 and county rd 455. You can just hop on route 50 with quick access to the center of Clermont shopping and dining.
The Waterbrooke Subdivision a great location with the turnpike entrance being a 2-3 minute drive and a fast commute time of 20-25 minutes to Downtown Orlando. Therefore, since the turnpike entrance is right there you have access to I-4 to go to Disney parks, Universal Orlando and the endless entertainment places in that area.
The amenities are vast which include an Olympic size swimming pool, a clubhouse with a fitness center. It has a gazebo with outdoor kitchen and cabinetry with plenty of seating under a covered patio, dog park, walking and running trails. Or if you like to get some stretching done under the yoga lawn.

The amenities are amazing for kids.
One of the other nice things about this neighborhood is it has a dedicated kid splash pad. What parent wouldn’t like that?
There is a Publix 1 mile away there is a target 1 mile away. Home depot, Lowes, BJs wholesale, Super Walmart, all kinds of shopping within a couple miles drive of the neighborhood.

Once you jump on the freeway you are only 20 minutes away from the Outlet malls in Orlando and tons of shopping and restaurants in Orlando. They are still building in Waterbrooke so if you want to live in a house that’s never been lived in before then you can do so.
The avg home price is around $325,788 for a both town homes and single-family detached home and its February 18th, 2020.
The most expensive home that sold recently was $536,200.
Its so easy to love this community. It has amazing amenities, commute time to work, proximity to shopping and restaurants and gorgeous scenery with two small lakes.
Therefore, if you like the idea of lounging by the pool and taking a dip and then taking a break from the sun and relaxing. There’s a covered area of the clubhouse to hang out or eat a meal. Maybe you like the idea of walking to the fitness center and getting a good workout in with the various equipment. You may also do some stretching in the yoga lawn. If you like all of the above then the Waterbrooke Subdivision is just for you!
